With our extensive range of CNC machinery we offer a wide range of gear cutting, splining, shaping, hobbing, rack cutting and broaching services. Our machines enable us to produce straight spur gears, helical gears, internal/external splining and internal broaching work. Sizes can vary from just a few millimetres up to half a metre, and our facilities can be used to make single components with one spline, to complete automotive gears shafts with several helical gears and spur gears. We also offer reverse engineering services, using high-precision CMM (Coordinate-measuring machines) to reengineer gears and other components.
